Professional Achievements

• Associate NCC Officer (Commissioned Officer) – 3 Maharashtra Air Squadron NCC, Pune, 2022–Present
Commissioned as an NCC Officer after successfully completing the 8-week Associate NCC Officer training course at Air Force Station Tambaram, Chennai. Responsible for mentoring and training cadets in leadership, discipline, teamwork, and national service.

• PGT Physics – Renowned School in Pune, 2021–Present
Teaching Physics to Classes 11 & 12 and Mathematics to Class 10, conducting laboratory practicals and mentoring students for CBSE board examinations, with students consistently achieving excellent results including high distinctions.

• Additional Head Examiner – CBSE Board Examinations, Year
Appointed as Additional Head Examiner for Class 10 Science and Class 12 Physics papers, supervising evaluation processes and ensuring accuracy, fairness, and academic standards in board exam assessments.

• Founder & Director – Wilson’s Coaching Academy, Pune, 2011–Present
Established and leading a coaching institute dedicated to concept-based learning and academic excellence. Over the years, more than 2,000 students have been mentored, with many achieving above 95% marks in board examinations. Students have also been successfully prepared for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and SSB interviews, as well as entrance examinations for Sainik Schools, Military Schools, and RIMC, with several students clearing these competitive exams and one gaining admission to the prestigious Lawrence School, Sanawar.

• Founder Director – Mission Happiness Forever Foundation, 2023–Present
Founded and leading a non-profit initiative promoting happiness, mindfulness, emotional well-being, and positive social impact through awareness programs, mentorship, and community initiatives.

NCC Achievements

• Represented the Maharashtra Directorate at the prestigious All India Nau Sainik Camp, one of the most competitive national-level NCC camps.

• Promoted to the rank of Senior Cadet Captain, recognizing leadership, discipline, and outstanding performance in NCC.

• Trained cadets of the Maharashtra Directorate for the All India Nau Sainik Camp, preparing them in naval subjects and competitions, where the trained cadets went on to win medals at the national level.

• Served as the Leader of the Open Division Troop at 3 Maharashtra Air Squadron NCC, guiding and coordinating cadets during training and activities.

• Member of the NCC Shooting Team, representing the unit in shooting events.

• Actively participated in Sailing and Boat Pulling competitions, demonstrating strong teamwork and endurance.

• Gold Medal – All India Boat Pulling Competition, achieving national-level recognition for excellence in the sport.

• Silver Medal – All India Service Subjects, reflecting strong knowledge and performance in NCC service-related subjects.
